  • On one side they say a caloric deficit is what really matters and not what you eat then on the other hand they say you need to eat carbs strategically....which is it...cause you can't say caloric deficit determines weight loss but then go on and say carb timing is important too...

  • If I'm training pretty good [4-5x/weeks and using a Bulking Weightlifting Approach/Routine plus walking about 7 miles/week], gaining much strength while getting somewhat more muscular, and eating very well [getting all my micronutrients and basically following a semi-KETO diet while employing on-and-off Intermittent Fasting schedule of 16/8] but consuming almost 1,000 calories below my maintenance level as determined by your link, how fast could I lose fat and/or water [assuming I'm following your other steps]?
