  • It says that if i want to maintence i have to eat 2400 cal and extreme fat loss 1400 so do i need to eat 1400 or burn?

  • I just started losing weight through running and dieting (which ultimately leads to calorie deficit). Your video is informative and hold some truth, however I doubt this is about belly fat only. All kinds of fat will be lost by doing this.
